    [摘要] 目的 分析芜湖市中医医院(以下简称“我院”)氯吡格雷的使用情况，找出其潜在的用药风险，促进其合理用药。 方法 通过我院医院信息系统，随机抽取2016年11月含氯吡格雷的处方200张处方，依据法定说明书、药学知识及相关的疾病诊疗指南，对这些处方进行合理用药点评。 结果 我院的氯吡格雷临床用药总体较为合理，但有少量处方存在不合理用药情况，主要包括用药指征不合理(n = 20)、用法用量不合理(n = 14)和合并用药不合理(n = 5)。 结论 临床医师应进一步加强对氯吡格雷合理用药的了解，临床药师应积极建立与氯吡格雷相关的合理用药规范，提高全院的合理用药水平。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze and explore the rationality and potential risk of drug use about Clopidogrel in Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine ("our hospital" for short). Methods Using our hospital information system， 200 prescriptions containing Clopidogrel in November 2016 were randomly selected. According to content of package insert， results of evidence based medicine and science of drug metabolism， these prescriptions were reviewed for rational use. Results In our hospital， the clinical use of Clopidogrel was generally rational. Only a small number of prescriptions involved irrational drug use like irrational drug indications (n = 20)， irrational drug regimen (n = 14) and irrational drug combination (n = 5).
