    [摘要] 目的 将案例式教学法(CBL)应用于作业治疗学教学中探讨其效果及可行性。 方法 选取2016年9月～2017年1月西安体育学院运动康复专业2013级本科生37名为对照组，采用传统教学法进行教学；选取2017年9月～2018年1月2014级本科生36名为CBL组，采用CBL教学法。比较两组教学效果。 结果 CBL组的临床实践操作技能成绩、理论成绩及总成绩均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 CBL教学法在培养学生的临床思维能力方面起到了重要作用，同时积极调动了学生主观学习能动性，提高了学生综合素质，值得在作业治疗学课程教学中推广应用。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect and feasibility of the case-based learning (CBL) method applied in occupational therapy teaching. Methods Thirty-seven undergraduates in Grade 2013 of Sports Rehabilitation in Xi′an Physical Education University from September 2016 to January 2017 were selected as control group， and they were taught in traditional teaching method； thirty-six undergraduates in Grade 2014 from September 2017 to January 2018 were selected as CBL group， and they were taught with CBL.
