    [摘要] 本文介绍了我国白内障手术的现状，总结了青年眼科医师培养中存在的问题，提出依托智能化、信息化体系快速、大量、高标准地开展青年眼科医师培养的策略和利用最新的计算机视觉处理技术进行眼科手术视频数据处理分析的可行性，以期为将来通过眼科手术视频数据设计辅助手术工具和模拟培训体系培训青年眼科医师提供指导。

    [Abstract] This paper introduces the current situation of cataract surgery in China， summarizes the problems in the training of young ophthalmologists， and offers the strategy to develop young ophthalmologists by intelligence and information system， to discuss the feasibility of using the latest computer vision processing technology to take video data processing and ophthalmic surgery analysis， in order to design surgical tools and simulation training system for young ophthalmologists training through eye surgery video data in the future.

    年龄相关性白内障(age-related cataract，ARC)是一种常见的致盲性眼病，是老年人失明的主要原因之一，60～89岁人群白内障发病率则可达到80%[1-2]。但目前我国白内障患者手术率与其他国家相比仍处于较低水平，其主要原因包括基层医院手术医师严重匮乏、眼科资源分配不均、手术操作缺乏规范性等，这其中又以眼科青年医师的培养问题最为突出[3]。因此，对青年医师进行有效的手术操作规范化培训迫在眉睫，快速掌握扎实的基本功是对青年医师最基本的要求[4] ......
