    [摘要] 目的 探討血必净注射液联合常规治疗对脓毒症患者生存质量及调节性T细胞(Treg)蛋白表达的影响。方法 选取海南省人民医院2013年10月～2016年10月住院治疗脓毒症患者120例，按照随机数字表分为对照组和治疗组。其中对照组58例，予常规治疗；治疗组62例，采用常规治疗联合静脉注射血必净注射液。观察两组患者治疗后的生存质量及治疗前后血清Treg水平变化及Treg蛋白表达情况。 结果 治疗后对照组患者生存质量12例提高，25例稳定，21例下降；治疗组患者生存质量45例提高，15例稳定，2例下降。两组患者生存质量比较，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)；而治疗后两组血清Treg水平及其蛋白表达量较本组治疗前显著下降，治疗组患者血清Treg水平及其蛋白表达量均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。对照组患者生存率显著低于治疗组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 血必净联合常规治疗能有效提高脓毒症患者的生存质量，抑制血清Treg蛋白表达可能是其作用机制之一，进而调节免疫功能发挥作用。
