    [摘要] 目的 应用现代3S技术调查柴胡、知母等24种邯郸市野生道地中药材的蕴藏量，并对其现状进行评估，为野生中药材资源的保护提供依据。 方法 运用3S技术在邯郸市域内进行调查，并进行蕴藏量计算，运用层次分析法综合评价野生中药材现状。 结果 调查的24种野生道地中药材，蕴藏量在千吨以上的有3种，百吨至千吨之间的有12种，百吨以下的有9种，通过综合评价发现酸枣仁、益母草等6种中药材综合现状较好，皂角刺、苦参等10种中药材综合評价现状一般，黄精、知母等8种中药材综合现状不容乐观，应引起重视。 结论 邯郸市野生道地中药材蕴藏量较大，但各品种之间差距却很大，应在摸清家底的情况下对其进行合理的开发利用和保护。

    [Abstract] Objective Modern 3S technology was applied to investigate the stock of 24 kinds of wild genuine regional drugs in Handan City， such as Radix Bupleuri， Rhizoma Anemarrhenae， etc， to evaluate its current situation and provide a basis for the protection of wild genuine regional drugs. Methods 3S technology was used to investigate the stock of wild genuine regional drugs in Handan City and to calculate its stock， the status of wild genuine regional drugs was evaluated by analytic hierarchy process.
