    [摘要] 目的 调查护理本科及大专实习生进入临床实习初期对护理工作场所的满意度，分析影响护理实习生实习初期工作满意度的因素，并探讨其与临床归属感的关系。 方法 2017年9月20日～10月20日采用一般资料调查表、护理工作满意度调查表(NWSQ)和临床归属感量表(BES：CPE)对128名已在北京两所三甲医院进行临床实习2～3个月的护理实习生进行问卷调查。 结果 在128名护理实习生中，工作满意度评分总分为(66.77±14.09)分，临床归属感评分总体得分为(125.05±20.03)分，其中不同性别、学历、生源地、职业规划及个人志愿护生对护理工作满意度评分不同(P < 0.05)，并与临床归属感呈正相关(r = 0.67，P < 0.05)。 结论 护理实习生在实习初期工作满意度受学历、生源地及职业规划等因素的影响，临床归属感影响护生的工作满意度，进而对护生是否继续从事护理工作造成影响。
