胶质瘤微环境相关研究
李洵 艾文兵[摘要] 胶质瘤是最常见的成人原发性颅内恶性肿瘤。当前治疗手段包括手术、放疗和口服化疗药物替莫唑胺。这些治疗手段均有一定的治愈率,但仍有复发的可能,主要是由于肿瘤细胞在肿瘤治疗过程中仍能存活并能够重建肿瘤。因此,明确调节肿瘤细胞这一活动的分子机制对于肿瘤的治疗至关重要。胶质瘤干细胞(GSC)对常规放化疗耐受可能是胶质瘤易复发的原因之一。GSC所处的肿瘤微环境与GSC的发生发展有关,这也为胶质瘤的治疗提供了一个全新思路。本文重点综述了GSC相关肿瘤微环境的研究进展及通过靶向微环境治疗胶质瘤。

[Abstract] The glioma is the most common primary intracranial malignancy in adults. Current treatments include surgery, radiotherapy, and oral chemotherapy drug temozolomide. These treatments have a certain cure rate, but there is still the possibility of recurrence. The main reason is that tumor cells can survive and rebuild tumors during the treatment. Therefore, it is essential for the treatment of tumors to know the molecular mechanism that regulates the activity of tumor cells.
