    [摘要] 经过2013～2018年近5年的不断完善和发展，住院医师规范化培训制度已较为成熟，包括以问题为基础(PBL)在内的各种教学方法也在培训中不断开展。针对PBL模式在胃肠外科住院医师规范化培训临床教学中显示的不足，本课题组将标准化患者(SP)教学法引入以形成PBL结合SP的综合教学模式，取得了良好的效果。本文从引入SP的必要性、SP改善教学效果的原因、SP的选择及培训要点三方面进行论述，总结具体实施的相关经验，以供参考。
