    [摘要] 员工援助计划是当代人力资源管理的重要手段，其目的是改善员工的身心健康状态，提高组织的绩效。本文以临床医生为研究对象，通过文献分析法，指出了医院实施员工援助计划的必要性，找出了影响医院执行员工援助计划的因素，制订出一套有效的能够适用于医院的员工援助计划实施方案。为医院今后实施员工援助计划提供了理论指导，也为医院人力资源管理体系提供了保障，从一定程度上来讲，提高了员工工作的积极性，提高了医院的绩效。

    [Abstract] The employee assistance program is an important means of contemporary human resource management.
