    [摘要] 糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症之一，是导致终末期肾病和糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因之一。目前DN尚无特异性治疗方法，而对早期DN的干预对患者尤为重要，中医药在治疗早期DN方面有其独特的优势。本文将从病因病机、辨证分型、中医药治疗3个方面就近5年(2014～2018年)来中医药治疗早期DN的研究进展进行综述。

    [Abstract] Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is one of the most common microvascular complications of diabetes， and is one of the main causes of end-stage renal disease and death in diabetic patients. There are no specific therapeutics for DN， so the intervention of early DN is particularly important for patients. Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in treating early DN. This article reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in treating early DN in the past five years (2014-2018 year) from the etiology and pathogenesis， syndrome differentiation and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
