    [摘要] 目的 通过对广州医科大学附属第三医院(以下简称“我院”)新生儿科住院患儿枸橼酸咖啡因注射液超说明书用药调查分析，为临床合理用药提供参考。 方法 随机抽查2017年1～12月我院新生儿科使用枸橼酸咖啡因注射液的住院患儿病历，分析枸橼酸咖啡因注射液的超说明书使用情况。 结果 共抽取了253份病历，发现枸橼酸咖啡因注射液的超说明书用药情况普遍存在，主要表现为超适应证、超适用人群、用法用量和用药疗程与说明书不符。 结论 应密切关注临床超说明书用药情况，及时进行干预与反馈，并逐步规范临床超说明书用药行为，促进合理用药。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate and analyze the off-label use of Caffeine Citrate Injection among inpatients in Neonatology Department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University (“our hospital” for short)， to provide reference for rational use of medicine in clinic.
