    [摘要] 腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)是腰腿痛最常见的原因。保守治疗是临床上治疗LDH的首选方法。本文回顾了卧床休息、牵引疗法、物理疗法、药物治疗、推拿手法针灸等多种保守治疗方法，总结了LDH保守治疗的概况，并指出两种或多种治疗相结合的综合治疗方法具有临床效果好、复发率低的优点，以期其能更好地指导临床，并为今后LDH保守治疗的临床研究指明方向。

    [Abstract] Lumbar disc herniation (LDH) is the most common cause of lumbago-leg pain. Conservative treatment is the first choice for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinically. Conservative treatment is the preferred method of clinical treatment of LDH. This article reviews bed rest， traction therapy， physical therapy， drug therapy， massage acupuncture and other conservative treatment methods， summarizes the general situation of LDH conservative treatment， and points out that the combination of two or more treatments has good clinical effects， low recurrence rate， in the hope that it can better guides the clinical and provides direction for future clinical research on conservative treatment of LDH.
