    [摘要] 甲状腺疾病和贫血都是临床上的常见病，二者相互影响。本文总结了甲状腺疾病(包括甲状腺功能亢进症、甲状腺功能减退症、亚临床甲状腺功能减退症、妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能减退症)与贫血的关系，探讨甲状腺疾病合并贫血的临床患病率、发生机制、临床影响及治疗方案等方面的研究进展，为进一步研究甲状腺功能与贫血的相关关系提供思路和线索。

    [Abstract] Thyroid disease and anemia are both common clinical diseases， they interact with each other. This paper describes the research progress on the correlation between thyroid disease and anemia， including hyperthyroidism， hypothyroidism， subclinical hypothyroidism and subclinical hypothyroidism in pregnancy， discusses the research progress of clinical prevalence， pathogenesis， clinical outcome， treatment and other aspects of thyroid disease combined with anemia， so as to provide ideas and clues for further study of correlation between thyroid function and anemia.
