    [摘要] 目的 探讨纽安垫结合被动操疗法在脑瘫患儿中的应用效果。 方法 分析沈阳市儿童医院康复医学科2017年3月～2018年3月收治的113例脑瘫患儿的临床资料，依据干预措施不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组(53例)进行常规系统观察，给予营养、防病等指导；观察组(60例)采用纽安垫结合被动操疗法治疗。观察两组患儿干预前以及出生后12个月发育商(DQ)评分、粗大运动功能量表(GMFM)评分、生存质量评分，观察两组脑瘫患儿临床治疗总有效率。 结果 两组患儿干预前DQ、GMFM、生存质量评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)；出生后12个月，两组患儿DQ、GMFM、生存质量评分均高于干预前，且观察组高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；观察组患儿临床治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 纽安垫结合被动操疗法应用在脑瘫患儿中，可以提高患儿的发育水平，改善粗大运动功能和生活质量，提高临床治疗效果。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of new ann mat combined with passive exercise therapy in cerebral palsy children.
