    [摘要] 慢性阻塞性肺疾病是老年常见病，其中部分患者最终会发展为肺间质纤维化。武维屛教授治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺间质纤维化疗效突出，武教授认为该病病机为正气不足，外邪侵袭，证候以气阴两虚为主，痰浊、瘀血在发病过程中起着重要作用。武教授在治法上以化痰通络、益气养血为主，处方用药平和中正，药简效宏。

    [Abstract] Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common disease in the elderly. Some of these patients eventually develop pulmonary interstitial fibrosis (PIF). Professor WU Weiping has outstanding curative effect in the treatment of COPD disease complicated with PIF. She thinks that the pathogenesis of the disease is insufficient anti-pathogenic energy， invasion of exogenous pathogens， and symptoms are mainly due to qi and yin deficiency. Phlegm and congestion play an important role in the process of pathogenesis. Professor WU takes the method of purging phlegm， activating blood， supplementing qi and nourishing yin， and her composition of prescription is mild and moderate， simple and effective.
