中药及针刺对去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠OPG/RANK/RANKL调节作用的实验研究概况
周晶莹 周宁 张祎雯[摘要] 绝经后骨质疏松症的发病机制与骨保护素(OPG)/核因子-κB受体活化因子(RANK)/核因子-κB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)系统功能紊乱密切相关。未成熟的成骨细胞分泌RANKL,RANK与其结合,刺激破骨细胞分化成熟并抑制其凋亡,从而促进骨吸收;成熟的成骨细胞分泌OPG,与RANK竞争性结合RANKL,从而抑制破骨细胞分化成熟并诱导其凋亡,降低骨吸收。中药及针刺尤其是补肾或补肾健脾的中药及穴位针刺可有效调节OPG/RANK/RANKL系统,这可能是中药及针刺防治绝经后骨质疏松症的作用机制之一。
