    [摘要] 目的 研究甘露聚糖肽聯合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。 方法 收集陕西省第二人民医院及陕西中医药大学第二附属医院2014年8月～2017年12月收治的106例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为观察对象，按随机数字表法将其分为观察组及对照组，每组各53例。对照组单纯给予美沙拉嗪治疗，观察组则给予甘露聚糖肽联合美沙拉嗪治疗。记录两组患者的临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况，并采用流式细胞术检测两组外周血中免疫指标CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NK细胞，采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定两组血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-1、MMP-2、MMP-9水平。 结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 甘露聚糖肽联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎可提高临床治疗效果，改善机体免疫功能和机体修复能力，且未提高不良反应发生率，安全可靠。
