    [摘要] 岭南地区脉管炎有其鲜明的地方特色，故从当地的气候、水土、人群体质等因素分析其病因病机、辨证要点，并总结广州市中医医院脉管炎科40多年来治疗岭南地区脉管炎方面的临床经验，初步建立脉复生联合蚕食法治疗岭南地区脉管炎中医理论体系和学术思想。

    [Abstract] Vasculitis in Lingnan area has its distinctive characteristics. Therefore， the causes， pathogenesis and dialectical main points of the disease were analyzed from the local climate， soil and water， population constitution and other factors. And this paper summarizes the clinical experiences of the department of vasculitis in Guangzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine over 40 years in the treatment of vasculitis in Lingnan region. We initially establish the theory system and academic thought of Maifusheng combined with nibbled method in the treatment of vasculitis in Lingnan area.
