    [摘要] 苓甘五味姜辛汤出自《金匮要略·痰饮咳嗽病篇》，具有温肺化饮之功效，是治疗寒饮伏肺的方剂。痰饮病是津液运化失常，水液停聚于身体某一局部而引起的一种病变。临床上用苓甘五味姜辛汤治疗痰饮病乃大势所趋且效如桴鼓，苓甘五味姜辛汤类方是在苓甘五味姜辛汤的基础上根据症状的变化进行加减的一类方剂，对于痰饮病的治疗更有针对性，效果更加明显，但临床上对于此类方剂的分析比较及应用较少。本文通过分析苓甘五味姜辛汤及其类方的使用规律，进一步阐释此类方剂在治疗痰饮病中的优势，同时说明张仲景辨证论治思想在痰饮病中的具体体现。

    [Abstract] Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction comes from the Jingui Yaolüe a piece of Cough Phlegm Retention， it has the effect of warming lung to drink， and it is a prescription for treating cold drink and fu lung. Phlegm-drinking disease is a kind of disease caused by the abnormal movement of body fluid and the stop of liquid water in a certain part of the body. Clinical use of Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction for the treatment of phlegm-drinking disease is a trend and gets effect instantly. Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction is a kind of prescription based on the changes of symptoms， the treatment of phlegmy disease is more targeted and the effect is more obvious， but the analysis and application of such prescriptions in clinic are less.
