    [摘要] 壮瑶医药健康养老旅游是对我国现有养老模式的转变与创新。广西巴马瑶族自治县(以下简称“巴马”)被誉为“世界长寿之乡”，拥有优越的自然生态环境和丰富的壮瑶医药资源，长寿文化源远流长，适合发展成为健康养老旅游示范基地。本文对广西壮瑶医药健康养老旅游产业开发及产业发展前景进行探究，主要从老龄化问题、老年人健康状况、发展前景和发展对策4个方面展开。通过分析我国老龄化现状和养老服务需求，提出以壮瑶医药、养老服务、旅游多产业融合模式开发广西壮瑶医药健康养老旅游，并提供相关的开发策略和建议。
