    [摘要] 本文阐述了临床路径和中医临床路径的基本概念、临床路径管理模式实施的意义以及中医医院开展该项工作的政策背景，对我国中医医院中医临床路径管理工作的开展情况及相关配套措施实施现状进行了分析，并提出了中医临床路径管理工作目前存在的主要问题及相关改进建议。分析结果显示，我国中医临床路径的推进工作呈现快速发展态势，部分地区配套改革措施开展良好，有效控制了医疗费用的不合理增长，但仍存在中医特色不能完全凸显、信息化建设不均衡、支付方式改革激励不足以及评价体系不完善等问题。挖掘中医古籍宝贵经验、开展中西医协同合作、重视和支持资源薄弱地区的信息系统建设、促进符合中医特色的支付方式改革以及制定相对完善的评价体系等是改善现状的有效措施。
