    [摘要] 目前，重症医学继续教育培训模式已无法满足基层医务工作人員的需求，与国家医疗改革发展方向不相匹配。虽然众多以网络技术为基础的培训平台得以研发和应用，但均显示出时间、空间及资源方面的局限性。因此，探索利用微信技术，搭建一个具有移动性、综合性、高效性的新型培训平台和打造对应继续教育新模式，是解决重症医学基层医务人员培训所面临难题的新思路。

    [Abstract] Currently， the continuing education training modes of critical care medicine have been unable to meet the needs of primary medical staff， and they are not compatible with the direction of reform and development of national health care. Although many training platforms based on network technology have been developed and applied， they take on have the limitation in time， space and resources. Therefore， a new training platform with mobility， comprehensiveness， high efficiency is a new idea to solve the problem of primary medical staff training of critical care medicineusing WeChat technology，which willbuild up a new model of continuing education of critical care medicine.
