    [摘要] 本文讨论疾病分类与代码国家临床版代码库和协和库的转换问题。利用北京协和医院病案科自主开发的半自动化编码匹配工具，对两库编码进行匹配、分类和备注，后根据疾病名称和编码匹配的情况将不同匹配类型分门别类进行分析。经过匹配，国家临床版代码库与协和库共有的疾病编码为14 191条，占协和库编码总数15 743条的90.14%，协和库中的特有疾病编码1552条，占协和库编码总数的9.86%。根据匹配后的不同类型，对协和库的编码分门别类进行处理，为历史数据库的检索利用和后期工作的开展奠定基础。
