    [摘要] 息肉状脉络膜血管病变(PCV)是一种严重影响人们视觉功能的眼底疾病。在不断的探究中，人们对PCV的认识越来越深入，不仅在西医治疗方面，而且在中医领域的研究也越来越多。本文就双眼PCV患者行康柏西普玻璃体腔注射，联合中医辨证以补益气血、益肝明目、活血通络治疗，取得较好的临床疗效，充分体现中西医结合治疗PCV的优势。

    [Abstract] Polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV) is a kind of ocular retinal disease which seriously affects people′s visual function. In the continuous exploration， people's understanding of PCV is getting deeper and deeper not only in Western medicine treatment， but also in the field of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). In this paper， the PCV patients are injected by Conbercep intravitreal injection with both eyes. The TCM differentiation combined treatment of replenishing qi and blood， tonifying liver eyesight and activating blood circulation was also given. The clinical therapeutic effect is better， and the advantages of combination of TCM and Western medicine in the treatment of PCV are fully reflected.
