    [摘要] 目的 应用中医传承辅助平台分析林毅教授治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎(GM)用药规律。 方法 收集2014年1月～2018年1月广东省中医院林毅教授门诊诊治的GM有效病例，录入中医传承辅助平台，采用关联规则、改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法，总结林毅教授治疗GM的常用药物，分析方剂组方规律。 结果 共纳入68例患者，349首驗方，药物使用频次前10的药物依次是桔梗、白术、青皮、王不留行、郁金、蒲公英、皂角刺、穿山甲、漏芦、牡蛎。四气药性最多为温、平，五味药性最多为苦、甘，归经前3位分别是胃、脾、肝经，确定药物之间关联规则，挖掘出6个核心组合和3个新方。 结论 可概括林毅教授治疗GM经验为谨守病机，扶正祛邪，攻补兼施，标本兼治;五脏相关，多元调治，肝脾至重，平衡为宗;三因制宜，辨证加减，配伍得当，药贵平和。
