长链非编码RNA-LET在肿瘤中的研究进展
刘远识 徐细明 陈心 伍龙[摘要] 肿瘤低表达lnRNA(lncRNA-LET)定位于15号染色體长臂2区4带15q24.1,具有抑制肿瘤的发生、发展、转移和促进凋亡的作用,已经被证实其存在于多种肿瘤组织中,且其表达下调。目前研究认为lncRNA-LET通过竞争性结合微小RNA(miRNA)作为竞争性内源RNA(ceRNA)而发挥作用,并充当该组miRNA的“分子海绵”。lncRNA-LET是目前研究的热点,其有望成为一种新的肿瘤诊断和预后的标志物以及潜在的治疗靶点。本文综述了近年来lncRNA-LET在肿瘤中的作用的先关研究,以期为ncRNA-LET与肿瘤的进一步研究提供参考。

[Abstract] Tumor low expression of lnRNA (lncRNA-LET) is located in 15q24.1 of 4 bands of 2 region of long arm of chromosome 15, which can inhibit the occurrence, development, metastasis and apoptosis of tumors. It has been proved that lncRNA-LET exists in various tumors and its expression is down-regulated. At present, it is believed that lncRNA-LET plays a role as a competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) by competing with microRNAs (miRNAs)and acts as a "molecular sponge" of this group of miRNAs. LncRNA-LET is a hotspot of current research, which is expected to become a new marker for diagnosis and prognosis of tumors and a potential therapeutic target.
