    [摘要] 原发性支气管肺癌是严重威胁人们生命健康的恶性疾病，近年来其发病率和病死率在恶性肿瘤中高居榜首。林洪生教授在临床上对该病的治疗积累了丰富的经验，取得了较好的疗效。本文对林洪生教授治疗原发性支气管肺癌的经验进行了系统总结，提出“正气亏虚是肺癌的发病基础”“痰瘀同病为肺癌标实的主要表现”“气阴两虚血瘀是肺癌放疗后的主要证型”等学术思想，总结了“癌毒”在肿瘤发病中的作用，提出“衷中参西，分阶段治疗”等临床经验。

    [Abstract] Primary bronchogenic carcinoma is a malignant disease that seriously threatens people's life and health. In recent years， the incidence and mortality of lung cancer rank first among malignant tumors. Professor Lin Hongsheng has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of this disease and achieved better therapeutic effect. This article introduces the experience of professor Lin Hongsheng in the treatment of lung cancer. “Qi deficiency is the pathogenic basis of lung cancer” “phlegm and blood stasis is the main manifestation of lung cancer” “qi yin deficiency and blood stasis is the main syndrome of lung cancer after radiotherapy” and other academic ideas are presented. The role of “cancer toxin” in the pathogenesis of cancer is summed up. “The integration of Western medicine and Chinese medicine and treatment by stage” and other experience are proposed. ......
