    [摘要] 中药炮制可以纯净药材并保证质量;可以矫臭、矫味，便于服用;可降低或清除毒性;切制饮片，便于制剂;改变药物的性能;引药归经等。白郡符先生十分重视中药的炮制方法，具体有火制法、水制法、水火合制法、油制法、制霜法、发酵法、取汁及其他加工法等。每味中药固有其性味归经，然而在临床用药时，应根据组方用药目的的不同，选择不同的炮制方法，使药物达到最佳疗效。
