    [摘要] 目的 鉴定前期获得的一个食管腺癌特异性靶向小肽的靶分子。 方法 小肽Pull Down和质谱筛选该小肽的可能靶分子；计算机模拟分子对接、Western blot、激光共聚焦显微镜、流式细胞术、siRNA干扰、基因转染等方法确认靶分子的正确性。 结果 上皮细胞黏附分子(EpCAM)是该小肽的特异性结合靶分子，且该小肽可特异性结合EpCAM高表达的结肠癌细胞和组织。 结论 除了食管腺癌，该小肽在EpCAM高表达的结肠癌中也具有早期诊断和靶向治疗的潜在应用价值。
