    [摘要] 植入式静脉输液港的使用可明显改善需要长期化疗患者的生活质量。自1982年首次报道使用以来，已越来越多地用于肿瘤患者的治疗。输液港相关并发症主要包括感染、血栓形成、导管功能障碍等，其中以输液港相关感染发生率最高。本文从输液港相关感染影响因素方面进行综述，以期为临床工作者采取有效的预防措施提供参考。
