    [摘要] 本文分析近年来大鼠实验研究中针灸干预围绝经期抑郁症的作用机制，认为针灸干预围绝经期抑郁症的机制与以下几点相关：针灸可通过调节神经内分泌网络功能、调节神经递质水平、协调相关信号转导通路表达以及抑制神经细胞凋亡等环节干预围绝经期抑郁症。
