    [摘要] 随着我国医学专业的迅速发展，在临床医学留学生教育教学方面呈现了良好的发展趋势，但因国家背景、教育手段的差异，在留学生的教育教学中存在着语言文化不通、师资力量欠缺、专业教材缺乏、教学模式及教育方法选择上的困惑等等问题。本文针对以上存在的主要问题进行探究，从教育管理理念、教学管理评估体系、教材建设、师资培养、教学模式等多方面进行梳理分析，提出适合留学生教育教学的策略，以此确保留学生教育的稳步发展。

    [Abstract] With the rapid development of clinical medical in China， education teaching in clinical medicine for international students has shown a good trend of development. Due to the differences in national background and education means，problems such as the lack of language and culture， professional teachers and teaching materials， and the confusion in education method selection still remains in the education teaching for foreign students. In view of the main problems suffered by the international students in the study of clinical medicine， we focused our attention on the concept of education， teaching management and evaluation system， teaching materials construction， teacher training， teaching mode and some other aspects， and put forward the suitable strategies for education teaching of international students ......
