    [摘要] 胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)及其受体(IGF-1R)是胰岛素样生长因子的重要组成部分，IGF-1、IGF-1R的激活可能与多种恶性肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关，临床上认为可从IGF-1、IGF-1R与恶性肿瘤的关系进行研究，為恶性肿瘤的临床诊断及治疗提供参考。肾癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤，明确IGF-1、IGF-1R在肾癌组织的表达及临床意义，可为肾癌的临床诊治提供帮助。本文主要是针对IGF-1、IGF-1R的结构与功能进行阐述，再对IGF-1、IGF-1R与恶性肿瘤的关系进行阐述，再对IGF-1、IGF-1R在肾癌组织中的表达进行阐述，分析以IGF-1、IGF-1R为治疗靶点的肾癌分子靶向治疗。
