    [摘要] 目的 调查卵巢癌患者的生活状况，分析患者生命质量的影响因素。方法 选取2017年1月～2018年10月就诊于武汉大学人民医院的86例卵巢癌患者作为研究对象。应用生命质量简表(WHOQOL-BREF)量表对研究对象进行生命质量状况的问卷调查，应用多元逐步回归方法分析其生活质量的影響因素。 结果 86例卵巢癌患者生命质量总得分平均为(58.17±13.22)分，其中生理领域平均得分为(17.73±2.99)分，心理领域平均得分为(16.23±4.20)分，社会关系领域平均得分为(15.98±2.88)分，环境领域平均得分为(17.13±3.00)分。多元逐步回归分析结果显示低学历(OR = 0.604，95%CI：0.305～0.925)、家庭月收入≤3000元(OR = 2.506，95%CI：1.214～10.841)、自费(OR = 2.577，95%CI：1.396～6.937)、症状群个数多(OR = 4.578，95%CI：1.138～18.153)是卵巢癌患者生命质量评分的独立影响因素。 结论 卵巢癌患者总体生命质量偏低，并受学历、医疗费用方式、家庭月收入、症状群个数等因素的影响。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the quality of life and it′s influencing factors in patients with ovarian cancer. Methods From January 2017 to October 2018， in Wuhan University People′s Hospital， 86 patients with ovarian cancer were selected.
