    [摘要] 热量限制在延缓衰老、抗癌、治疗糖尿病等慢性代谢疾病的作用显著，目前热量限制的方案并没有统一的标准，具有明显争议。限食的时间长短、组份、喂养的时间段不同，动物的种类等都可能影响实验的结果，本文就热量限制过程中的相关影响因素进行综述。

    The matters need attention of calorie restriction in rodents

    [Abstract] Calorie restriction has a significant role in delaying aging， anti-cancer， and treating chronic metabolic diseases such as diabetes. Currently， there is no uniform standard scheme for calorie restriction programs， which is obviously controversial. The length of time， the composition of food， the feeding time and the type of animal may affect the results of the experiment. This paper reviews the relevant influence factors in the process of calorie restriction.
