    [摘要] 随着养老压力的不断增大，现存的养老模式已不能满足老年人对养老的需求，医养结合养老模式的创新发展势在必行。本文通过分析农村地区医养结合养老模式的现状、国内外的相关研究成果，进而深入了解医养结合养老模式在广大农村地区的运行情况，并从强化政府职责、加强立法、因地制宜制订养老规范、转变传统养老观念等角度入手，解决当前医养结合养老模式中存在的一些问题。
