    [摘要] 为了研究公司治理所带来的中药企业社会责任绩效的改变，本文选取了2014～2016年中药企业的面板数据为样本，用实证方法分析公司治理的调节下中药企业社会责任绩效所带来的影响关系，结果表明中药企业社会责任对财务绩效有着正向影响，董事会规模、独立董事占比以及董事长与CEO两职分立对中药企业社会责任绩效有着正向调节作用，从而得出了中药企业履行社会责任能促进其自身财务水平、有效的公司治理下中药企业的社会责任对财务绩效有着积极作用的结论。

    The research of corporate government， corporate social responsibility and financial performance in relation to Chinese medicine companies

    [Abstract] To study the change of corporate social responsible brought about by corporate governance， this paper uses the panel data of Chinese medicine corporate from 2014 to 2016 as samples， and uses empirical methods to analyze the relationship between CSR and financial performance. The result shows that the CSR of Chinese medicine has a positive impact on financial performance. The size of the board of directors， the proportion of independent directors in the board of directors and the separation of the chairman and the CEO have positive effects on the relationship between the CSR and financial performance of Chinese medicine companies. So it can be proved that the fulfillment of the CSR of Chinese medicine can promote their financial performance ......
