    [摘要] 目的 建立紫外-可见分光光度法测定医院制剂复方苯海拉明滴鼻液中硫酸卡那霉素的含量，以更好地控制该药物质量，保证用药安全。 方法 采用紫外-可见分光光度法，于568 nm波长处测定硫酸卡那霉素的含量。结果 硫酸卡那霉素质量浓度在0.1～0.5 mg/mL范围内与紫外吸收度的线性关系良好(r = 0.9999)，平均加样回收率为100.35%，RSD为0.66%(n = 9)。 结论 该方法简便、准确、重现性好，可用于医院制剂复方苯海拉明滴鼻液中硫酸卡那霉素的含量测定。

    [Abstract] Objective To establish a method for the determination of kanamycin sulfate in Compound Diphenhydramine Nasal Drops by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry so as to better control the quality of the drug and ensure its safety of medication.
