    [摘要] 针灸作为我国传统临床诊疗方法，在现代临床应用与机制研究方面也在不断增加、扩展，很多研究成果也已引起世界的广泛重视。本文就功能磁共振技术在针刺中枢机制研究中的应用现状，针灸在脑卒中、尿失禁、不孕不育及青光眼中的治疗进展，以及针刺麻醉等方面进行梳理，希望更加科学合理地应用针灸治疗。
