    [摘要] 突发公共卫生事件越来越受到全社会的关注。由于我国现行应急体系仍然存在一些缺陷，面对新型突发公共卫生事件给我国带来的巨大挑战，现行应急体系亟待改革和完善，因此本文提出优化应急体系的设计，主要包括：完善实时监测系统，设立统一指挥中心；加强人员演练培训和队伍体系建设；完善物资和资金储备；完善信息系统；加强公众危机意识及应急能力培养。期望为我国突发事件公共卫生事件应急体系提供参考和建议，进一步完善我国的突发公共卫生事件应急体系。
