    [摘要] 目的 探讨乳痛症患者的心理特征和心理状态。 方法 应用艾森克个性测试问卷(EPQ，成人版)对2016年3月～2017年6月广东省中医院珠海医院诊治的117例乳痛症患者进行调查测试，观察患者乳房疼痛时间和乳房疼痛级别。将乳房疼痛3级及以上的患者58例纳入病例组，乳房疼痛2级及以下的患者59例纳入对照组，对两组的疼痛时间差异、艾森克量表(E、N、P、L)进行比较。 结果 病例组疼痛时间长于对照组(P 0.05)。 结论 乳痛症患者具有内向、不稳定型人格特征，该类型人格患者可能与乳房疼痛难以缓解、反复发作相关。
