    [摘要] 随着人口老龄化的到来，阿尔茨海默病患者也急剧增多，患者自患病大部分时间居住在家中，生活在社区，该病导致患者认知功能减退使其生活能力低下，生活質量严重下降，在给患者带来痛苦的同时增加了照料者的照顾负担，因药物治疗的局限性，近年来非药物干预开始在阿尔茨海默病的治疗中得以应用。本文通过介绍国内外文献报道的不同非药物干预方法，为阿尔茨海默病的临床干预以及患者的家庭照料提供参考，对提高我国社区AD患者的生活质量具有重要的指导意义。
