    [摘要] 随着分级诊疗相关政策文件的不断出台，各级政府有关部门致力于持续推进分级诊疗制度建设，健全分级诊疗服务体系。从分级诊疗制度的实施意义、实施路径、实施效果、医患双方对分级诊疗制度的认知情况、分级诊疗制度在实践中存在的问题与对策等5个方面对现有文献进行分析，发现目前的相关文献研究存在研究起步较晚且数量不多、研究内容广泛但不深入、研究方法简单三个特点。结合我国分级诊疗制度的实施情况以及现有文献研究的特点，提出了值得进一步研究的问题。
