    [摘要] 目的 分析高频超声在婴幼儿先天性髋关节脱位及髋关节发育不良诊断中的应用价值。 方法 选取2017年1月～2018年6月在四川省江油市人民医院接受髋筛超声检查的1500例6月龄内的婴幼儿为研究对象，均接受Graf法髋关节超声检查，以高频超声检查结果为依据，对婴幼儿髋关节形态进行准确评估，判定婴幼儿有无先天性髋关节脱位及髋关节发育不良现象，并分析髋关节发育异常患儿的年龄分布情况。 结果 接受髋筛超声检查的1500例6月龄内婴幼儿中，15例婴幼儿髋关节发育异常，发生率1.00%，且高频超声诊断准确率为100%。15例髋关节发育异常患儿中女性髋关节发育异常发生率高于男性，差异有统计学意义(P 5～6个月的婴幼儿发生率最高，其次为年龄>4～5个月、>2～3个月。 结论 高频超声在婴幼儿先天性髋关节脱位及髋关节发育不良诊断中的应用价值显著。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the value of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of congenital dislocation of hip and dysplasia of hip in infants. Methods From January 2017 to June 2018， 1500 infants aged 6 months who underwent hip screening ultrasound examination in Jiangyou People′s Hospital of Sichuan Province were selected as the research objects. All infants were examined by Graf′s hip ultrasonography. Based on the results of high frequency ultrasound， the shapes of infants′ hip joint were accurately evaluated to determine whether infants had congenital dislocation of hip joint and dysplasia of hip joint.
