    [摘要] 目的 探討外周血中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)预测急性胰腺炎(AP)严重程度的价值。 方法 回顾性分析2015年1月～2017年6月就诊于海军军医大学附属长征医院的114例AP患者的临床资料，选取94名健康志愿者为对照组，114例为AP组。比较两组间血常规、肝肾功能、电解质的指标变化；根据亚特兰大新分类标准，将AP组患者分为轻度(MAP)、中度(MSAP)和重度(SAP)三组，比较三组间NLR、血肌酐及钙离子水平差异；采用Spearman秩相关比较NLR与血肌酐及钙离子水平间的相关性，进一步通过受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线比较NLR、血肌酐、钙离子对SAP的诊断价值。 结果 与对照组比较，AP组NLR、血肌酐明显升高(均P 0.05)。 结论 NLR对预测AP的严重程度具有一定的临床意义。
