DNA甲基化在基因表达调控中的意义及研究进展

    [摘要] DNA甲基化修饰作用是目前表观遗传学的研究热点。其参与基因表达调控、基因沉默、DNA损伤修复以及癌症发生等重要生物学过程,大多癌症的致病过程、免疫系统疾病、阿尔茨海默病等疾病都涉及表观遗传学改变,基因的甲基化主要发生在富含GC碱基序列的CpG区域,基因在相应的甲基化转移酶的作用下调控癌基因、致癌基因的表达和DNA的损伤修复等。本文结合最新研究进展综述DNA甲基化在基因组中的基因表达调控中的意义及研究进展。

    [Abstract] DNA methylation modification is a hot research topic in epigenetics. Its involved in regulating gene expression, gene silencing, DNA damage repair, and cancer, and other important biological processes, most of the pathogenic process of cancer, immune system diseases, Alzheimer′s disease are involved in epigenetic changes, gene methylation is mainly in the areas rich in GC base sequence of the CpG, gene under the action of the corresponding methylation transferase regulate the expression of cancer gene, oncogene and DNA damage repair, etc. In this paper, the significance and research progress of DNA methylation in gene expression regulation in genome were reviewed.
