    [摘要] 末梢神经炎在临床多表现为四肢末端对称性感觉障碍、运动障碍及自主神经功能障碍，在中医范畴归于“血痹”。笔者学习先贤理论，结合临证体会，认为本病的病因病机主要是“虚”“邪”“瘀”，情志因素可致机体气机升降失调，脏腑功能紊乱，进而正气虚弱、邪气入侵、瘀毒内生而发为本病。本文综合分析本病的病因病机并报道从情志因素辨治末梢神经炎病案1例，疗效显著，为中医治疗末梢神经炎提供新思路。

    [Abstract] The clinical symptoms of peripheral neuritis mainly are symmetrical dyskinesia and abnormity of sense at the extremities， and autonomic nervous dysfunction. In traditional Chinese medicine， it is classified as "blood-arthralgia". By combining the theory of scholars of the past with our own experience， we think that the pathogenesises of the disease are mainly "deficiency" "pathogenic factors" and "blood-stasis". In addition， the occurrence of the disease caused by emotional factors is due to the disorder of Qi activities and visceral functions， which leads to the deficiency of healthy Qi， invasion of pathogenic factor and endogenesis of blood stasis. This article analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease comprehensively and reports a medical case of this disease treated from emotional factors ......
