胃肠道菌群与肿瘤化疗药物相关的研究进展
田成 袁岸龙[摘要] 微生物群由共生细菌和其他宿主上皮屏障中存在的微生物组成。微生物群从局部维持稳态到系统地调节机体代谢、造血、炎症、免疫等生理功能都有着重要作用。微生物群还参与上皮屏障和无菌组织中癌症的发生、发展和传播。胃肠道微生物不仅参与了癌症的发生,而且参与了癌症预防和化疗的效果。现就胃肠道微生态与肿瘤及其药物化疗的相关研究作一综述。
