非侵入性眼后段给药的纳米药物递送策略研究进展
戴助 祝红达[摘要] 由于眼睛独特的生理结构,常规眼局部给药用于眼后段疾病的治疗一直是困扰医药工作者的一大难题。基于纳米递送策略研发的眼部给药系统因具有尺寸小、渗透性强、对生物膜表面黏附性强等特点,有望发展成为安全、有效、经济和无创的新型眼部药物输送系统,特别在眼后段给药中越来越受到重视。本文重点介绍非侵入性眼后段给药的各类纳米药物递送策略,包括纳米粒、脂质体、纳米胶束、纳米悬浮液和纳米乳等给药系统。
