    [摘要] 推行办公自动化(OA)是科研机构在信息时代的必然选择。目前，科研机构OA建设在工作方式、思维模式、需求分析、整体规划、推广力度以及安全性上都存在一定的问题。根据我所建设及实施OA系统的经验，针对上述难点提出了加强各部门重视、建立健全相适应的制度、重视软件二次开发、加强专业人才培养及普通用户培训、有步骤分阶段推行OA并确保系统安全的解决措施。
